House is located approximately 8 miles from Disney in a gated community. There are two pools in the community. Three bedroom/2 full bath house. Masterbedroom has a queen bed, one room has twin beds, one room has a full bed. The living room couch opens to a queen bed. Ceiling fans in all rooms. All the comforts of home. Fully equipped with linens, kitchen utensils and appliances - dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker. Under counter CD/radio. Washer/dryer in garage. Dining room and living room.

House is rented on a first come basis. Once notified of intent to rent, the date will be held for 10 days allowing time for the rental agreement and security deposit to arrive.
