Securely located in a gated community on Lindfields which is a quiet, peaceful and popular subdivision just off highway 192 less than 5 miles from Disney World. Mango Key is an ideal location for your Orlando vacation.
For your convenience Mango Key is a managed resort. Check in is done through our management team who are located on-site - no need to drive to a different area of Kissimmee to collect your keys!
The villa accommodation comprises a master bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom fitted with two twin beds, a twin size sleeper sofa upstairs on the galleried landing and a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge area, capable of sleeping 7 people in all.
Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, vanity worktop with inset basin, fully tiled walls, large vanity mirror and the downstairs bathroom has a built in hair drier.
Your villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned, and with ceiling fans. Colour televisions connected to the cable network are provided in both the living area and master bedroom together with a video player in the lounge – a good selection of videos can be hired on-site.
Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including loungers in the screened patio area. For your security the villas are equipped with safes and comply with all the latest Florida fire and safety regulations.
As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular a self cleaning natural gas range with extractor hood, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
The villa has a telephone system. In Florida, local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price of your Florida villa includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Cots, high chairs, additional towels and daily cleaning are all available locally if required for a small fee.
Mango Key has a beautiful pool area, reserved for use by guests only, which consists of sun loungers, shaded tables & chairs (provided free of charge of course!), a large swimming pool, a hot tub (whirlpool Jacuzzi), toilets & washrooms. For those that don't want to stroll back to their condo a serving window from the snack bar conveniently opens out onto the pool area.
The pool area is floodlit and is open until 10pm each evening. The deck area overlooks Mango Key Lake and provides both sunny and shaded areas. The pool itself is of a good size and is heated free of charge to 82 degrees for year round usage. The hot tub is kept at a temperature of approximately 102 degrees.
