Our properties are located in Windsor Palms Resort. The #1 premier resort community and vacation rentals in the Orlando area, near to Walt Disney World. Its proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions is unrivaled. Staying in one of our apartments gives you automatic membership to all the private resort facilities, for the duration of your stay. Disney World is only 3 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY192 are only a short two-minute drive.
There is a 7000sq ft luxury clubhouse with many leisure facilities including a gym and fitness room, a game room that includes a ping-pong table, 2 pool tables, air hockey and video arcade machines. There is also a 50-seat movie theatre where you can see movies for free!!!
Also our resort has a convenience sundry and gift store at the Club House. The team working in the store is all local and can give great advice on directions, great places to eat and great places to visit during your vacations. Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the center piece is the large heated swimming pool, with a jacuzzy - hot tub and kiddies pool, and then there are tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and basketball courts.
There is a special play area for our younger visitors and an area where you can even have your own family BBQ. All sports equipment is available free for guests to hire from the sundry store. There is a secure gated entrance with 24hr guard for your piece of mind.

08/25/05 The Coconut Palm condo was HUGE, had everything we needed, was beautiful and VERY close to all the Disney attractions. We could not have asked for anything else. We will certainly be back and will let our friends know as well.

08/19/05 We loved your Coconut Palm condo! We stayed there for 4 – weeks and none of us wanted to go back to Norway. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Windsor Palms is very close to Disney and the Sherbert road shortcut made it even shorter. Why stay in a small hotel room when you can stay in a huge condo for less money? We will never stay in a hotel again!

07/24/05 My family stayed at Near to Disney Resort and we were very pleased at the level of service. We were treated like ROYALTY. We highly recommend this resort for any family looking for a home away from home. The apt. was warm like our house back home the service was EXTRAORDINARY, the check-in and check-out process was simple and the OWNERS were kind and available especially when we needed directions to and from the major resorts.
