2. Late Deal Auction - Always auction off some late weeks, $400/week? you won't believe it. So make a bid.
3. One price, one number, no hidden costs - Only provide the "everything-included" total price, no seperate taxes, fees, tips, or surcharges later "secretly" added to the total.
4. Others - Private super sized pool and spa surrounded by mature trees by conservation area! No one is overlooking. Roughly 2700 square feet space of living area featuring a second floor play room, too many unique and luxurious features to name... |

The security deposit is $500 or £300, due with signed agreement and will be returned one week after checkout if the house does not have significant damage or loss.

| If cancellation occurs at least one month prior to the checkin date on the agreement, the deposit is fully refundable. Otherwise it won't be refunded. |
1. Price Guaranteed - If we find lower rates for any 6 bedroom villa within 30 minutes driving distance of Disney maingate, we simply match it - you will get refund even you already paid. (may not apply to Christmas and new year weeks)
2. Auction - we always choose a couple weeks to auction out. It starts from $400 per week.
3. Rent payment is due one week before check in. |
