This Orange City rental is conveniently located and very close to, Orlando and Daytona Beach area's. Clean, Comfortable and Air conditioned through-out our rentals are equiped to make your vacation less stress. | The kitchen is fully equiped to cook. Washer, Dryers and laundry detergent provided on all properties. Shampoo, soap, linens, towels and cleaning products are provided also. |

| There is a $500 deposit to hold your reservation and half the fee. The remainder is due within 30 days of rental date. A pet deposit may be required if owner warrent this on certian properties. |

| Cancelation of 90 days before rental will be returned. After is sujected to fees and loss of deposit if not rented. |
| There is no smoking allowed inside of the rentals. The beautiful weather makes it easy to smoke out doors and healthier for everyone. We may allow pets in selected rentals but this must get cleared first and a additional sucurity will be charged. Check in is at 3pm and out is 10am. The rentals are to be returned the same way the are given to you. An extra cleaning fee will be charge up and beyond original fee if not. |
We stayed in a our 1st vacation rental home this past spring and it was clean and well orginized to make our vacation so easy to enjoy. I liked having the choose to cook or eat out. I asked if they would pick us up some groceries because our flight was later in the day. I was so grateful.

| Our rentals have a cleaning charge that varies per area. We do require an extra deposit for any pets that are approved. We will even furnish your groceries for an extra charge. Fax your list and arrive ready to go...We accept Visa and Master Cards. |
