Refund for the deposit or part of the deposit if Villa rebooked.
In addition to the rental charge a security deposit is payable to cover breakages or damage to the premises and or contents and excessive cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupation of the premises. This deposit is refundable, subject to deductions to cover the expenses mentioned above. The deposit will be charged against a credit card and will be arranged by the Owners' management company on collection of the keys. In the event that a credit card is unavailable the refundable deposit will be charged in USA currency. |

If clients should cancel, or the owner cancels the arrangements due to client failure to pay the balance within the time allowed before departure, a cancellation charge will be levied based on the following:
Period Before Departure Date Cancellation Charge
Sixty (60) to Ninety (90) days 50% of Holiday Costs
Within sixty (60) days 100% of Holiday Costs
Deposits paid are not refundable unless the villa is re-let by either the Owners or the Management Company in Florida. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the person who signed the booking form.

Regret pets are not permitted. , we request No Smoking inside our home, due to health and safety of future guests. please confine to pool deck or outside areas please.
Reservations of 6 nights or less require cleaning charge of $65 which
includes Tax.
The non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable with the completed booking form. The full balance is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the date of departure, the owner reserving the right to cancel if the balance of the sum remains unpaid eight (9) weeks prior to the date of departure. All telephone bookings will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 7 (seven) days. |
