We were the first to purchase a property on Lake Berkley and therefore had the opportunity to choose the very best lot for this magnificent home.
Newly finished in March 2000, it is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 14 acre Lake Berkley and is the closest villa to the small private beach.
The property has a specially designed south facing pool, an extended pool deck, Jacuzzi, pool waterfalls.

Deposit paid to confirm booking is non-refundable.
Balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancellation is made before balance is due (ie. greater than 60 days prior to your arrival), then your deposit paid is non refundable, but any additional payments made on top of the deposit are refundable.
If cancellation is made after balance is due (ie. 60 days or less prior to your arrival) then you are liable for the full rental cost. All amounts paid are non-refundable and any amounts outstanding will still be due.
