Our Villa offers you 4 bedrooms all of which have TV,s the childrens room has a PS11 and games and many toys and books ,it is the perfect home from home, we have 3 bathrooms, a family room with a full range of entertainment,formal lounge and a dining area,all furnished and maintained to the highest standard. With fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area,and utility room.There is a 2 car garage with a full sized table tennis set.
To make your holiday complete we have a beautiful south facing pool with Cabana and fenced screen enclosure.
On-site facilitiesare include for your exclusive use , floodlit tennis courts,basketball court,sand volley ball,two childrens play areas and a beautiful full sized community pool with furnishings and facilities.all sports equipment is supplied |
| Hampton Lakes also boasts basketball,volleyball,and floodlit tennis courts,and 2 childrens play areas,there is also a communal pooland cabana for those wanting to socialise.In addition there are over 20 challenging golf courses the nearest being 3 mins. from the door. |

An non refundable deposit of $150 per week is payable on booking to secure your requred dates.The balance is due 2 months prior to your stay along with security deposit of $200.
This security deposit is payable to cover any unlikely major damage and to cover any excessive cleaning requirements. This is refunded within 28 days of your return. |
