47 Sunset Captiva is a 2,200 sf 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home which comfortably accommodates 6 or 7 guests. It is a very short walk from the beach, pool, and tennis, and also enjoys terrific landscaping for privacy. Use the A/C or heat, or open the windows and sliders for fresh air, but please not both at the same time.
Everything in the Village of Captiva is within easy walking distance; groceries at the Island Store, charming clothing and gift shops, and 13 different restaurants from casual to fine dining. Bike, moped, and jet-ski rentals are in the Village, and boat rentals and charters are across the street. Golf is nearby on Sanibel and there are a number of options for fishermen. |
