The units are inspected annually to ensure that they are maintained and meet our standards of cleanliness.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Prepaid rent will be refunded (less $100 cancel fee)if request for cancellation is received in writing 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If rental is a month or more b/w Dec 1 - April 30, cancels must be made prior to Oct. 1,

Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order
Check in 4:00 PM/Check out 10:00 AM. In season rentals are Sat-Sat. There is a 7 night minimum. Rates do not include 9%tax or refundable security deposit. The balance is due 90 prior to arrival. The refundable $250 security deposit is refunded 6-8 weeks after departure. There is a non refundable processing fee of $20.
