Located in Gulf Terrace Condominiums, which sits on 26 manicured acres, in the heart of all Destin, Florida activities. The beach, as well as over 20 restaurants,10 shopping areas, and an amusement and water theme park are all within a 3-minute walk. The Wal-Mart Super Center is a 2-minute drive away.
There are 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fresh water fishing lake located on the property. My children roller-blade and skate-board all over the premises. There is a security-guard at the front-gate and the back-gate closes at 10PM. If you have teenagers they can walk to all the fun things to do.
The condo has just been painted and redecorated with pretty pastel colors and is as nice as any unit I have seen in all of Destin. The master bedroom has a new Sealy KING size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two full beds, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room.
There is an outside deck with tables and chairs, and a charcoal grill is located just outside too. The most private swimming pool is located next to this unit. Parking is at your door. The beach is just across the street. Snowbirds congregate in this Destin, Florida complex during the winter.

Your deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure, provided there is no damage to the condo, you take the trash out to the dumpster and leave the keys. |
| This was our best vacation in a long time. We have 2 teenagers, not driving, and they walked to everything they wanted to do. The video store is across the street and a lot of places for them to eat were close as well. The beach is across the street and everything was close to the condo. At nite we cooked out and swam in the pool. The boys fished in the lake and Ryan caught a 4# bass. We ate it too. The condo had everything we needed and we will be back every year.
