Located on the East end of beach on Via Deluna Drive, private balconies over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
All units have fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher & microwave oven. Swimming pool, tennis courts and laundry facilities on property. |
All condos are completely furnished, with fully equipped kitchens, including coffee maker & microwave. All have central air & heat, along with color TV with cable,washer, dryer and telephone.
Sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats and wash cloths are provided. |
An advance deposit equal to one-half of the total rent must be mailed within seven (7) days after reservation is made. The balance of the rent is due at check-in.
A security deposit will be required at check-in. This security deposit will be returned within seven (7) days of departure. |

| If cancellation of a confirmed reservation is necessary by you or us and you or we are notified sixty (60) days prior to the rental period, the advance deposit "minus 3% for processing fee" will be refunded. If for some reason, within sixty (60) day cancellation period your unit becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an equal or better unit. If the unit is cancelled by you less than sixty days prior to check-in and not re-rented the advance deposit will be forfeited. |
Florida law prohibits animals on Pensacola Beach. Our owners prohibit animals in their residences.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Reservations are accepted for families only. No reservations will be honored for high school or college groups. Deposits will be forfeited.
During peak summer time, the rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter periods can be arranged during off season (4 night minimum stay). |
