All of our condos are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, located in the prestigious "WillowPointe" section of Ventura, and are either ground or 2nd floor units with screened-in Patios on the ground floor. Most ground floor units are also ceramic tile throughout. Some of our units include a sofa bed to accomodate 5-6 people, and we also have some units with a Queen bed in each bedroom--ideal for two couples.
Guests will enjoy these luxury vacation condos and being able to prepare your own meals with full kitchens, kitchenware, and appliances, washer/dryers, linens, cable, Free local phone calls, free parking, close to our Heated pool, and complete privacy with the feeling of being safe and secure with 24-hour gated security at all times.
Only 1 or 2 of you? We also have a lovely 1-bedroom unit, 2nd floor, at Ventura---offered at 15% discount from our 2-bedroom rates listed below.
We also have our lovely 3-bedroom/2.5 bathrooms at Ventura Country Club. This home has everything imaginable and over-size patio faces the Fairway---rates are approx.20% above our condo rates.
Amenities include: 18 hole golf course at reduced rates for our guests , lighted tennis courts, clubhouse activities with restaurant and lounge, fitness room, 2 pools (1 heated), shuffleboard, basketball courts, playground for children, jogging paths, 24 hour gated security, 1 mile to all shopping areas and restaurants, 10 minute drive to the airport, and much more.

Ventura is only 1 mile from all shopping and restaurants, 8 miles from downtown Orlando, 7 miles to Orlando Airport, 12-15 miles to Sea World and Universal, and 20 miles to Disney. Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach are only an hour drive from Ventura Country Club.

There is a $150.00 Security deposit on 1-2 bedroom condos, and a $300.00 Security deposit on our 3-bedroom home.
This deposit is fully refundable, and will be credited to your credit card or check sent to you (if paid by check) within 10-15 days after your departure time.
We accept the following credit cards:Visa/MasterCard, as well as personal checks.
Due to continued increases from the credit card industry, we must now impose a 3% charge on all credit card transactions above $1000.00

Should you decide to cancel your reservation before making your final payment,the following charges will apply to your deposit:

61 or more days before arrival------$ 50.00 $100.00

1 to 30 days before arrival-------- --$150.00 $300.00
As a courtesy, we will apply any charges made to your deposit,as a credit toward any future rental you do with us up to a 1 Year Maximum.
Should you decide to cancel after payment has been made ( which is due 30 days prior to arrival time), you shall be liable for that amount paid, unless we are able to find a suitable tenant for that period of time.

* No more than 6 people may occupy this unit/home at any time.
* Check-in Time is 3:00PM--Check-Out Time is 10:00AM-NO EXCEPTIONS
(except under prvious arrangements)
* NO Pets allowed under any circumstances.
* Paper products are supplied upon your arrival.You are responsible to replenish as needed while you occupy your unit.
* An Inspection/Inventory will be taken after Departure.
* Smoking is NOT permitted inside the unit/home;however, we do permit smoking on the Patio or Balcony.
* There will be a charge for the following Lost items:
Each Pool pass/$25.00----Each House Key/$10.00
* Dishes must be cleaned before final Departure
* Trash/Garbage must be taken out and placed in Outside Bin before
Depature.
* During Hot months where Air Conditioning is running, tenants must keep
doors and windows Closed except to go in/out when needed.
* Tenants are asked to wash/dry towels during rental period; however,
you may leave soiled towels for our cleaners during final 2 days. Your
cooperation is appreciated.
* This is a private Resort with many owners present.You are asked to be
courteous and respectful by not making excessive noise when arriving
late, and during your stay . |
