| 3 month minimum rental period for this 1st floor flat bayfront condo in intimate 38 unit complex. Complex is nestled in 24 acres of hardwood hammocks with only 5 of the acres developed. Our condo in this piece of paradise is fully furnished and equipped. Ceramic floor throughout with the exception of the bedrooms, which are carpeted. Master bedroom has king size bed and bath with oversized jacuzzi tub/shower and walk in closet; 2nd bedroom has queen bed and bath. Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Very spacious unit with wonderful porch the whole width of unit; great views from almost every room in the unit (exception is 2nd bedroom and bath)! Swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, dock and boat yard on site. |

| Complex security deposit is $1000 and unit security deposit is $750. Security deposits refundable after check out inspection is complete and no damage found. |

You may cancel and received a full refund of your security deposit and any rentals paid up to 61 days before your intended stay is to begin. Cancellation 0 - 60 days of intended stay will received a security deposit refund but 1st month rental amount will not be refunded at this point.
Upon completion of rental period and inspection of condo for damage, all secuirty deposits will be refunded, less damages. |
