The pool and spa are screened, multi-color lighted and can optionally be heated. Villa has a high amount of privacy as the pool of the house on the right is separated by a wall and house on the left - on a very large lot - angles away from the villa.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with 4 cable-TV sets, Radio & stereo, Video - and DVD Player, a full gourmet kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo and all other amenities.
A separate utility room contains washing machine and drier.
Two fixed line phone are provided and can be activated with a phonecard card. Local calls are free. Free unlimited dial up Internet access on request.
Bedding, bedsheets and towels are provided and their rental is included in the price.
Disabled/Handicapped Access: The house has handicapped resp. wheelchair access to the ground floor.

| The villa has a location round the corner from Disneyworld- and all the other theme parks. It is situated in a community close to Orlando and Tampa, the Florida beaches, the shopping, some great golf courses. Depending on traffic of course it is as few as 8 minutes drive to Disneyworld, 10 minutes to the famous Champions Gate Golf Resort and the new luxurious 750 room Omni Orlando Resort Hotel. |

All rates above and below include a 11.5 % mandatory Florida tax. Weekly rates: 7 times the nightly rate for stays of 6 nights or more. Monthly rate: 25 times the nightly rate. When comparing alternative offers ensure they are made on the same basis. Lower price brackets generally apply for small groups of guests.
Extras and terms:
Included in the price: utility services, phone use for local calls, regular maintenance of pool and lawn, bedlinen, towels, use of all appliances inside the villa, use of one only crib and high chair, taxes, final cleaning
Not included: pool heat, repair charges due to mishandling or negligence, meet & greet, welcome pack, guests' third party insurance premium, guests' accident insurance policy premium and any other item / service not specifically mentioned on this webpage .
Pool heat is available optionally at 125 -140 US$ / week depending on month. Sorry, pool heat is not available on a nightly basis due to heat pump limitations (needs to be started more than a day before heated pool use)
Cleaning: normal final cleaning at USD 110 per stay independent of lenght of stay is included in the prices, villas not left in a neat stage may attract an additional charge
Meets & greet and welcome packs are available at cost. and depend on number of guests Please ask for details. Keys are not necessary. The villa has a codelocked keybox and the code will be provided after your full payment has been made.
