Our Luxary Villa with Pool is situated within the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf community in a peaceful location on US Highway 27 close to the Disney theme parks.
It has wireless broadband facilities, is air-conditioned and has been fully furnished to luxury standards.
It sleeps eight persons comfortably in two double and two twin-bedded spacious bedrooms; all having built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets and drawer units.
The Master bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed, 19 inch cable TV and luxury en suite facilities. The queen bedroom and the twin-bedded rooms on the first floor share a second bathroom. Hairdryers, all towels and bed linen are provided. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a television and there is a Sony Playstation 2.
The Great Room has a cathedral ceiling giving a light, airy and spacious feel It has a 31 inch TV with an enhanced 100 channel digital cable package; VCR/DVD player and a Radio/Tape/CD sound system. Some videotapes, DVD’s, CD’s and a selection of books and games are provided.
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast nook is comprehensively equipped. There is a further formal dining area with table and six chairs from where the patio doors open to the large screened pool deck and heated pool.
Access to the Pool Area is via patio doors that open to the large screened pool deck and heated pool which backs on to a wooded conservation area giving a feeling of spaciousness and seclusion.
The Pool Area faces south providing all day sunshine allowing you to enjoy breakfast on the deck in the morning sun and drinks in the evening.
The screened deck is equipped with 4 padded loungers, 4 padded chairs, a Patio table with 4 extra chairs, and a barbeque.

Our Villa is situated within 5 minutes walk from the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Designed by Michael Dasher, the course features 120-feet elevation changes that will provide golfers memorable views unique to Central Florida. There are tees boxes that overlook the tops of these lofty pines, revealing the challenges of the shots to come.
The championship par-72 layout of this public course caters to all skill levels. Through the hilly terrain the black tees play to 6686 yards, 6075 from the gold and 4875 from the jade tees. Each hole has its own identity and is named separately based on its shape and surrounding terrain. Whether you are playing the scenic 398-yard par-4 second, dubbed " High Point," or the 188-yard par-3 12th, aptly named "Outback," this is a fun way to distinguish the holes and add some flare to players' post-round stories.

Deposit A non-refundable deposit of £175/$350 is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Late bookings within 8 weeks of arrival require full pre-payment.
Refundable Security deposit A security deposit of £250/$450 is required with the balance. Once the villa has been checked following departure, this will be refunded or you will be notified of any charges within 30 days.

The Booking The placing of a booking indicates acceptance by the client of these booking conditions.
Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel a booking should the balance not be received by the prescribed date. In this event, or if the client cancels the booking in writing, the deposit will be forfeit. If cancellation occurs between 5 and 8 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Between 4 and 5 weeks, 75%, and, if less than 4 weeks, the client will forfeit the total cost.
Amendments Should the client wish to vary any details subsequent to booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, provided we are notified in good time. An administrative charge may be levied depending on the nature of the alteration.
Changes or Cancellation by Owners Should circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to cancel a booking we will, where possible make alternative arrangements. Should these prove unacceptable to the client, we will make a full refund of all monies paid. |
Liability We cannot accept any responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure events or any event beyond our control. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by guests or any other visitors to the villa or swimming pool or for any loss or damage, however caused to any property brought on to the premises.
Insurance The client is strongly advised to take out adequate travel and medical insurance cover.

Home looking as good as when we left it 18 months ago. Broadband is a welcome addition. The 10 days have gone very quickly, wish we were staying longer. Had birthday dinner at Seasons 52 - brilliant and highly recommended. Well be back.

Wow! What a wonderful house you have! We spent 2 fantastic and very memorable weeks in the comfort of your beautiful home. It was truely a home from home experience, but with a few extras i.e. the pool. We will certainly be recomending this villa to friends and family. Thankyou.

Settled in on Friday last and are in love with your home. It is soo comfortable and so well equipped. I had trouble hooking up with the wireless setup...and Andrew sent a new modem-router for us to use (from one of the other homes,not in use) and it worked after many talks with the techs from verizon. It was apparently the wireless part of the other one that was not working. But all is fine with the one he loaned us.... and I work with the computer by poolside. I have given your name and email to our pilots assoc. who are always looking for nice places to rent. My hubby is a retired 747 pilot with AirCanada and we have so many airline-friends asking to give them the email....so we did.
I freelance for a canadian magazine doing photography and have taken many photos of your place here and will send you some copies once i download if you are interested.
Played golf 3 times already and look forward to more.

RATES FOR 2007 / 2008
Low Season - Jan, Feb, Nov, 1st 2 weeks Dec - £445 or US$890 per week.
Medium Season - Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Sep, and Oct - £500 or US$1000 per week.
High Season - 1st 2 weeks July, August - £525 or US$1050 per week.
Peak Season - Easter, Xmas/New Year - £565 or US$1130 per week.
A non refundable deposit of £175 ($350) is required on booking.

Optional Pool heating is £55 or US$105 per week prebooked or £75 or US$150 per week if required on arrival.
