| Booking deposit is $200USD with completed booking form, with balance to be paid 6 weeks before start date of rental period inclusive of $300USD security deposit. This deposit will be refunded as soon as a satisfactory report has been received from our property management company. Costs of breakages / damages will be deducted from this security deposit. |

| Rental rates are from $800USD per week, depending on rental season. All rates include: end of term clean, utilities, state/county taxes. Local telephone calls are free and long distance/Intl. calls are through charge card facilities which are available at the property. U.S. Bookings and transactions can be catered for by our local management company. Pool heat is charged at $100USD per week. Other services are available on request. |
