In a prime location on the Executive community of Sunset Lakes, our villa stands in well-situated large grounds. Luxuries abound in this sunny home from home. It offers an oasis of calm and tranquillity whilst being only 3 miles from Disney and less than half a mile away from shops and restaurants.
Lakeside, it houses 4 Beds, 2 master suites [one with balcony] 3.5 baths, 15x30’ Pool & separate Kiddie Pool on sun drenched South facing extensive terraces, Fuzz ball table and PS2.
The large gardens sweep down to the lake edge, perfect for fishing and enjoying the splendour of dawn mists, wildlife, such as our resident Otter, and often spotted Bald Eagle majestically swooping for fish. In the evening, turn on the Deck & Pool lighting to enjoy a Barbeque or evening swim.
This spacious two-storey villa has been tastefully furnished with many upgrades, and is managed to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned with fans in all bedrooms and living areas.
There are two spacious Master Suites. Both have TV’s, telephones, separate bathrooms with full bath, separate walk-in shower, WC & Walk-in Closet. The upper suite has a King size pillow top bed, Large TV, DVD/Video, PC with HDSL access, Printer/Scanner/ Fax/Copier and a private balcony overlooking the Lake and Pools. The other suite has a Queen bed and alarmed patio doors walking out onto the pool terraces.
Two twin bedded rooms sandwich a full bathroom with shower between them. One is Disney themed with a TV and Play Station 2.
The balcony landing looks out over the lakes and down into the family room.
The spacious and airy Family room has a vaulted ceiling, a wall of alarmed patio doors overlooking the pools and lake, and a 60” TV, DVD and Video. The American Dream Kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, and leads to a breakfast nook, which overlooks the pools and lake.
There is a formal dining room also, and a formal lounge with CD Stereo and a “ fuzz ball” table. A selection of books games and video’s are on hand. There is a downstairs powder room, and a Utility room housing a large washer and a tumble dryer, Iron & Board and deep sink. The double garage has remote entry and will easily house any vehicles.
Extensive Sun Terraces, in fact the largest on the Estate, are south facing and screened with lockable doors for your peace of mind and children’s enjoyment. The glittering 15x30’ pool and separate kiddie pool may be heated, and luxury pool furniture and loungers are provided for you to sink into and relax. There is a shaded Lanai with fan and deck lighting for your maximum enjoyment, and a BBQ.
All linens and towels are provided, and hairdryers in all bathrooms.
