| The villa is situated in a residental area in Kissimmee and backs on to a lake. It is tastfuly furnished with a DVD VCR CD player with surround sound in the main lounge. The family room has a T.V, stereo and a playstation2. All bedrooms have a portable T.V DVD Combis. The villa is equiped with all the lastest appliances in the kitchen and we feel has all you will need for your stay in Florida right down to the swimming towls. |
| For your convenience we provide the following amenities: The Lounge is tastefully furnished and has 32" T.V with DVD VCR and CD with surround sound. The dinning area has a large dinnig tablewhich has seating for six. Master bedroom has a full bathroom shower ensuite tiolet with a 20" portable T.V DVD and opens onto a large lanai area. this also has a full kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 is are queen room and has a queen bed and portable T.V DVD combi. Bedroom 3 is are twin room and has 2 twin beds and has a protable T.V DVD combi. All bedrooms have clock radios. The kitchen is equiped with Stove, refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking utensils required. The nook has a bar table with seating for four. The family romm has a 27" T.V, stero and a playstation2. The laundry room has a washing maching and tumble dryer. There is a iron and ironing board. Please note that all rooms are fitted with electic ceiling fans. Although the villa does have full air conditioning. |
