10 Minutes to Disney. Our home is well maintained and located in Lake Berkley Resort, a private, upscale gated community. Lake Berkley Resort lies in an enclave of luxurious homes. We have a private Clubhouse and recreational amenities, where you can enjoy your own private lake with observation deck, splash in the swimming pool, enjoy tennis, volleyball, a tot lot for the kids and a peaceful nature trail around the lake.
Our home sleeps up to 10 adults and has 24-hour management service. Our professionally decorated home is spacious and comfortable consisting of large kitchen, living room with queen sleeper, dining room, king master bedroom with ensuite bath, queen second bedroom, two twin bedrooms, family room with queen sleeper, laundry room with full size washer/dryer and Game Room.
The home features high ceilings and a bright, airy atmosphere. All linens are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone. Sliding patio doors from the master bedroom and family room open onto a screened patio, which makes a delightful eating area by the private pool. The home features 5 Cable TV's, 2 VCR's(Tapes), DVD Player (DVDs) Play Station 2 (w/Games), High Speed Internet (Lap Top Available upon request) and a CD/Stereo system. We offer a high chair and port-a-crib at no extra charge.
