Welcome to the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida.
We hope to show you why our award winning, luxury 4 bed villa offers excellent accommodation, and value for money.

The Gulf Coast of Florida has a superb climate all year round, and is an ideal location for visiting the Florida attractions, shopping, golf, water sports and of course excellent beaches.
We provide a private beach pass for all of our guests. The beach is equipped with barbecues, showers, cabanas, etc. and boasts a breathtaking sunset.
Our privately owned vacation home is on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida, in New Port Richey, about 20 minutes north of Clearwater.
This beautiful 4 bed house offers all the comforts of home, and is an ideal base for your Florida vacation, and has recently received several "quality" awards from the tourism industry.
The home is well equipped in typical Floridian style, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 spacious lounges, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen with vaulted ceilings.
We supply all linens, towels, cooking utensils, etc. and provide a microwave, range, washer, dryer, iron and hairdryer. We even provide toys for the kids!
All furnishings are luxurious and of superior quality. Whether you want to stay indoors and watch cable TV/video or listen to some music on the stereo system, or lounge around by the pool, the house is the ideal base for your vacation.
All rooms are fully air conditioned, offering comfort while you relax on the coast
Poolside you will find all of the sunbathing furniture that you need, and an additional dining area for that great outdoor eating. We do of course, provide a gas barbecue too.
Don't forget, ALL of our guests receive a complimentary pass to our lovely private beach. Ideal for barbecues, sunsets or water sports.
To the rear of the home is the pool area. With no overlooking neighbours. The loaction offers peace and privacy to enjoy the pool, or the stunning view of the lake.

Located within easy reach of well known Florida attractions (Disney, Clearwater, Busch Gardens, etc.) the local area has much to offer. The "laid back" Floridian way of life means you can have a relaxed, enjoyable holiday, in a beautiful climate, in this superb location on the Gulf Coast. Enjoy that "laid back" lifestyle for yourself!
Eating Out
The quality and value within the local eating establishments is so good, that you will not want to eat in. Restaurants offer high standard cuisine to suit every taste. Mexican, Cuban, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Spanish and Greek restaurants are all to be found in the area. Traditional American food is also available with Steak restaurants, diners and fast food outlets in abundance.
Sports
There are 27 golf courses within a 20 minute drive, offering quality courses at great prices. Details of these are to be found in the Villa. As you would imagine on the coast, you are spoiled for your choice of water sports, as well as fishing, boating, etc.- You can even hire your own boat for a day, and explore the coastline. Other sports include Ten Pin Bowling, Tennis, Volleyball to name but a few.
If you would like to attend an American sports event, there are professional Baseball, Hockey, Basketball and Football (American, of course) teams throughout Florida, and tickets for games can be purchased locally.
Beaches
There are several beaches to choose from in the area. The closest is about 5 minutes away. The world famous Clearwater beach is a great day out, and is about 20 minutes by car. Your rental of our Villa, includes a private beach pass, offering high quality facilities, combined with privacy. |
A security deposit of £100/$200 is required with the final payment for keys, inventory, etc.
All deposits are returned approx. 4 weeks after your return home. |
All breakages must be reported to our management agents in Florida, or to ourselves on your return home.
Weekly lets are generally Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am the following week. There are exceptions to this, if availability allows. |

Once you have paid your rental charge, everything else is included, except pool heat if required. There are no hidden extras for utilities, cleaning, gas, etc.
A private beach pass is included in your rental charge.
All rental charges need to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida (for late bookings, payment can be collected in Florida if required).
All confirmed bookings should include a balance of 20% of the total rental charge.
