This beautiful spacious Villa situated at Hampton Lakes was completed in June 2003. The property is well maintained, fully air-conditioned and has a very private swimming pool. Pool heating is an optional extra.
Set in a very restful part of the Orlando area, Villa Amanda provides all the comforts of a modern executive home and easy access to the attractions for which Orlando has become world famous.
Hampton Lakes is situated off Highway 27 at the west end of Highway 192.
Avariety of amenities are available including communal swimming pool, flood-lit tennis and volley ball courts and several childrens play areas. For the golfer there are championship courses nearby.
The master bedroom has full en-suite facilities and provides direct acces to the pool for that early morning swim.
Bedroom 2 & 3 share an adjoining bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen is provided at Villa Amanda, facilities include,
Washer & Dryer and other laundry facilities including an iron, fridge/freezer main oven, microwave oven, tea/coffe facilities, toasted sandwich maker, waste disposal etc, etc.
Cable TV is fitted in the Family room and the Master Bedroom
INTERNET ACCESS - For those wishing to keep in touch with family, friends or business, this villa also offers guests free internet access.
SPECIAL FACILITY - this property provides guests with a FREE, unlimited worldwide telephone call facility. (ask the owners for more detail )

Smoking is a pleasure for some but highly offensive to others. For the comfort of everyone we have a no-smoking policy at Villa Amanda. Ashtrays are only provided for use on the patio.
Accidents can happen at any time but especially when children are playing near a pool. As a basic safety measure, glassware such as beer / wine bottles glass jugs or drinks in glasses are not permitted in the pool/patio area. Plastic goblets, jugs and tumblers are provided for outside use.
The pool safety screen must remain in place to prevent small children from getting into the pool unsupervised.
