We are not a rental agency, we own all our vacation properties, direct on the beach or in some of the finest golf course communities. What does this means to you: We take meticulous care of our properties and our guests. Our properties are some of the best that "The Sunshine State Florida" has to offer.
● Lighthouse Towers is one of the newer and exclusive direct Beach front buildings on Sand Key. Each residence looks directly out upon the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and most offer magnificent views of Clearwater Bay. Amenities include a Gulf front heated pool, spa, a wet bar with BBQ-grill, tennis court, shuffle-board, putting green, reserved parking and 24 hour security.

● One BR/1.5 bath,

● two BR/2bath -Terrace apartments.
All our apartments are non smoking (smoking on the balcony / terrace is permitted).
●One Bedroom Apartment (880 sqf):
All apartments are completely furnished and decorated, come with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, balcony with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, and are equipped with absolutely everything like phone, A/C, cable TV, VCR, Stereo / CD, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Cookware and utensils are also provided, and all new linens and towels. The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook the beach. The kitchen overlooks the Bay.
●Two Bedroom Apartment (1,420 sqf):
The apartments are completely furnished and decorated, come with a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd. bedroom, bar, balcony with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, covered under building parking space and are equipped with absolutely everything like phone, A/C, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo / CD, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Cookware and utensils are also provided, and all new linens and towels. The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the 2nd. bedroom overlooks the Intercostal Waterway.
●Two Bedroom Terrace Apartment (1,450 sqf):

The apartments come with a 600 sqf. Gulf front private terrace with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, private patio furniture's and BBQ, are complete tastefully furnished and decorated, king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd. bedroom, covered under building parking space and are equipped with absolutely everything like 3 phones, A/C, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo / CD, including a new fully equipped kitchen and new washer/dryer. Cookware and utensils are also provided, and all new linens and towels. The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook the Gulf of Mexico,

It's only a short walk to all the action around Clearwater Beach. Here you will find: All the great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Scooter / Boat rental's, Dinner theater on board, Jet ski rental, Golf, Miniature Golf, Snorkeling, Volleyball, Sea museum, Disco's, excellent Restaurants, Biking, Fishing, Golf, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Volleyball, Dining..................
But the beach in front of LIGHTHOUSE TOWERS is quiet and scenic, perfect for evening strolls. (watch the famous sunsets)

There are several very well known Golf courses within 30 minutes of LIGHTHOUSE TOWER.

The Florida attractions in Orlando are about 90 minutes by car from Lighthouse Tower. The Interstate offer easy access to all of them. It is easy to drive to the Orlando area, enjoy a day's worth of attractions and return to your apartment that evening.

A 25% deposit of the net rent is required to hold the apartment for you, and the balance is due at your arrival. The rental deposit is non-refundable
A security deposit or a valid Credit Card is also required at your arrival, to cover any abnormal breakage or other damage over and above normal wear and tear on the property. This will be refunded on the last day of occupancy.

If you wish to change any accommodation arrangement we will endeavor to do so. If, however, you request a change of accommodation 42 days or less before arrival date this will be treated as a cancellation and the following cancellation charges will be due. Should you have to cancel your accommodation you will incur the following cancellation charges:
- Cancellations received 43 days or more before arrival date - 25% of the rental.
- Cancellations received 42 days to 29 days before arrival date - 50% of the rental.
- Cancellations received 28 days to two days before arrival date - 80% of rental.
- Cancellations received one day before arrival, arrival date or after the arrival date - 100%.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. We recommend you take out vacation insurance to cover against unavoidable cancellation.

This condo was everything I had hoped for. It was perfectly located on a beach that NEVER had more than 50 people on it a day. The pool was GREAT! (except if you have an unpotty trained child, because they can't go in it). Beautiful views from the balcony and the living room. We watched dolphins right from our living room and the beach below. And the sunsets are spectacular...to say the least. You're close enough to restaurants and shopping, but not too close. And there's a great ice cream place within walking distance on the bay for those vening strolls with the kids. I highly recommend this rental for the person looking for the "hassle free" get-a-way.

This is my 14th. vacation in Florida and I have never found a nicer and cleaner place then this one. The condo has everything. It is perfectly located on the beach. The beach is right in front of the pool! Spectacular views from the balcony and the living room. We watched the boats and dolphins right from our living room and the beach below. And the sunsets are unbelievable. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping, And there's a great shopping strip within walking distance on the bay. I highly recommend this rental for everyone. This place is second to none!!!!!!

this condo was very clean and well kept. mr. wortner and his wife was very kind and informative. great location. there was even some sand toys for our boys to play with in the sand. the pool was very warm (we went when the temp was kind of cool - the pool was great). the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of condiments, appliances, and dishes/bowls. the only thing that needed improvement were the knifes (very dull); the owners were going to get them replaced. this condo is highly recommended!!!
