Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily between 6 and 9 in the morning you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock. You will find a complete and comfortable house and much more� Our bungalow is not in the tourist area. Instead you will meet friendly neighbors in a calm American residential area. Our house offers over 2300 sq ft. of living space, whether you are a couple, a family of four or come to live with 8 friends.
Why exactly St. Petersburg?
St. Petersburg is in the middle of Florida and therefore offers the most possibilities to reach the most beautiful beaches in the shortest time. Besides St. Petersburg is an excellent hub to visit the many entertainment spots in Florida. Around St. Petersburg, Tampa is just half an hour away and Orlando is an hour and a half away, both cities offering over 100 destinations.
You are not in a canal like in Cape Coral, but you have beautiful sunrises each morning and a million dollar view at the sea! Dolphins visit you every day! Relax in the oversized swimmingpool and enjoy the warm spa in the evenings and watch the stars!
