This newly remodeled studio condo with it's Murphy beds and full kitchenette sits on the pristine north end of the Miami Beach peninsula; as one of the few remaining memories of the old Sunny Isles beach resort area, which has blossomed into a mecca of ultra-luxury condos. This fully gated community with it's security guards is an extremely affordable vacation resort for the family.
While located in this beautiful community one has access to all the conviences of home. You are walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and all different sorts of shopping (from Antiques to souvenirs).
The facilities include two pools (1 heated during the winter), lounge chairs both at poolside and on the beach along with Tiki Huts (these are free of charge to our guest). Barbeque grills located near the beach and pool areas. Two big ice machines, also free to our guest. Free secured parking in our gated community. Washers and dryers are available at a minimal cost to the user. |
