Alyssa's Beachloft is the name of our privately own and maintained studio apartment at theShelborne Hotel Resort which is on the Ocean side of Collins Avenue/ A1A and "YES" the beach is directly behind the hotel. Our prices usually average 50% below the cost of renting directley from the Shelborne Hotel and/ or other Local Hotels in the South Beach area.
The resort has a private entrance to the warm, sandy, tropical beaches that ranked South Beach as one of the Top Ten Beaches in the World, by the Travel Channel. There are miles and miles of this sandy beach directly behind the hotel for sunbathing, jogging or water sports. This area of Miami Beach is also a hot spot for the glamorous nightclubs and gourmet restaurants that are commonly featured in major magazines and cable channels. World Famous & Chic “Ocean Drive” where television, music, and movie stars frequently visit is only 10 blocks away.
The hotel’s marble floor lobby and all new deco style furniture and candlelight’s makes this the perfect place for the start of a romantic evening. The hotel also has a poolside bar, a poolside restaurant and another cozy late night bar in the lobby.
The hotel/ resort has an oversized swimming pool surrounded by Palm Trees, two hot tubs, and a gym/ weight room. Lots of lounge chairs and oversize lounge beds around around the pool area. The resort also has a semi-private sandy area with more lounge chairs and more Palm Trees. The hotel offers a pool-side massage service. A newly built colorful brick sidewalk in the back of our hotel links our hotel to most hotels on the beach and is great for jogging, late night strolls or roller blading.

1. Jr Suite Studio Apartment with a King Size Bed and full size pull out sofa bed. All linnens and towels are included.
2. Air-Conditioned w/ a 27 Inch Color TV, DVD Player, and Radio/ CD Player.
3. Small kitchen, with sink, microwave, coffee maker, expresso maker, toaster oven, george foreman sandwich grill, pots, pans, cooking utensils dishes and glasses. Icemaker and small refrigerator and a blender. Dinning room table and four chairs.
4. Walk in closet w/ plenty of space to hang your clothes, plus and extra dresser to store your clothes. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a portable cooler are also kept in the closet and provided for for your personal use.
5. Full bathroom with pedistal sink, bathtub, mirrors, blowdryer, and plenty of lighting.

9. Parrot Jungle Island and Children's Museum are as close as a 12-minute drive.

We require a minimum of $150 or 25% deposit on all reservations & the deposit must be received within 5 days of making a reservation.
We only accept Paypal.com internet payment system or U.S. Postal Money Orders or Western Union Money Orders for a deposit. The remaining balance is due in U.S. Currency/ Cash when you check in. Personal, Cashiers, or Certified Checks are NOT Accepted.
All guests are provided with rental agreements, at the time of thier reservation.
A $100 security deposit, which protects us from missing or broken items or for leaving the room in an unsanitary condition is also required.

| The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your trip. There are no refunds, once you have checked into the room. The only exception is in case a hurricane hits and all guests are asked to evacuate the hotel. Thereafter, we will refund part of you money. |
No smoking or pets in the room.
The tenants will be entitled to free use of all of the common areas of the Shelborne Hotel, where we own our studio. These include, the pool, lobby, hot tubs, gym, pool towels, and direct access to the beach behind the hotel.
The hotel staff will not provide room service, maid service, valet parking, and front desk services to guests who reserve from private owners, such as my wife & I.
The room is cleaned, nicely set up, and all towels and linnens are provided in the room upon your arrival. We only ask that you treat our studio apartment as if it was your second home. Please try to maintain it clean during your stay and no wild parties. |

... We were fortunate to locate a private owner of one of the studios! It was fabulous! Alyssa's Beach loft is the name. Everything you need..or forget to bring..he provides for you. The room was cute and slept 4. It is ideal for a couple. The hotel itself was very clean and classy.

THERE IS A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT. Price is for two guests. Additional guests pay $10 per night per guests. Up to four guests are allowed in the room
HIGH Season: November through May : $110 to $125 per night
Superbowl Weekend: $250 per night, - 4 Night Minimum
2007 South Beach Winter Music Festival: $185 per night (4 night minimum)
Other Holiday and Special events are charged at a higher rate.
WEEKLY RATE as low as $700, unless the week falls on a holiday or special event.
**All prices are negotiable. The longer you stay, the less you pay. **
