The Kona Kondo is located at Kona Plaza on Alii Drive, in the midst of vacation activities in Kona Hawaii. The Kona Kondo is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and cable TV.
There is a third floor veranda that overlooks many of Kona's historical landmarks. Elevators are security locked and private. Secure underground parking is provided for your use.
The location makes many of the most popular attractions within easy walking distance. Tour bus pick-up is located less than a
quarter mile distance from the Kondo's front door.
Temperatures on the big island of Hawaii are pretty steady with a variation of about ten degrees with average temperatures between 75 and 80 degrees. Kona means "Lee side" and Kona is on the lee side of the island and receives less than seven inches of rain fall annually. Vegetation, however, remains green through out the year.
Air transportation connects Kona with anywhere in the United States and Canada. Air fares vary depending upon the time of year. Rental cars are also available at the Kona Airport upon your arrival.
This is such a good deal we book over 330 days a year. This keeps our price low but date availabity is limited. Please request 2 or 3 date spans and we will do what we can to acomodate you on your wonderful Island vacation.

The unit has its own private swimming pool and two sun decks with large areas for bar-b-quing. The full kitchen, washer & dryer makes it easy to relax and eat at home or go out and eat at the many restraunts withing walking distance. Out the front door is tourist area, ocean, shops, ect.
Out the back door is Walmart, Safeway, Dennys, Toco Bell, Burger King, MC Donalds and more. Items in these stores are priced equilivent to what you see on the mainland. Wlmart even has a tourist area for Coffee's, Chocolated and Hawaiian souviners all at Walmart prices ! |

Many activities take place at or near the Kona Kondo.Some of
these are: Dinner sunset cruises, Scuba diving, Submarine rides, Fishing on an unlimited scale, Shopping, Jogging along the shore line, Hiking, Luaus, Concerts, Mo-ped or Motorcycle rental, Restaurants, Bus tours, Helicopter excursions, Exciting rides in an old fashioned two seater bi-plane and some of the best golf to be found anywhere. Enjoy the world famous Kona coffee, visit Macadamia nut groves and South Pacific plantations by bicycle, tour bus or private vehicle. Because of the big island's more conservative attitudes, the cost for participating in these activities will cost far less than one would expect to pay.
Imagine a place where you can ski down a high mountain in the morning and bask upon a sunny seaside beach in the afternoon.
This is just another of the many wonders of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Big Island is also home to world-renowned sporting events, such as the Ironman Triathlon World Championship, the
Hawaiian International Billfish Tournament, and the Senior Skins at Mauna Lani.
The island also hosts many local contests such as the exciting Hawaiian Sailing Canoe Races which are held during the Big Island Aloha Festival each fall.
For golfers, there are fourteen 18 hole world class golf courses on the Big Island making it the Golf Capital of Hawaii,including one designed by Arnold Palmer. And just offshore, the Kona Coast offers the best scuba diving, snorkeling, and deep sea fishing in all of the Hawaiian Islands.
Sightseers will love the drive along Mamalahoa Highway to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and inspect the world's most active volcano. Fortunately, despite its constant activity the Kilauea
Crater is also the safest active volcano known today. |

| Cancellation policy- There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 nights rent charged unless the time can be re-sold. |
No smoking Condo
Thirty(30) days prior to your arrival date you must make
payment in full. Upon the receipt of that payment I will mail via certified mail the keys to the Condo to the address above.
Upon final payment you will receive a map of the Condo location,and a list of contacts and things to do on your stay on the Big
Island of Hawaii in and around the Kona, Hawaii area. Also the phone number for the phone in the Condo so you can be contacted from home in case of an emergency.
Additionally check-in procedures for your unit. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We need to know your flight arrival and departure time. During our high season late
check-out are simply not possible because we have arrivals and departures on the same day. Please return all keys for the unit as soon as you return. There will be a $ 20.00 fee for all keys
which are not returned.

Location, Location, Location, this is located in the heart of all the Kona activities, ie Championship Iron Man contest, International Bill Fishing Tournament, Sun, Fun, Shopping, and of course Hawaii ! It's perfect, and under priced ! Jim Harms
They don't get any better Than this ! This has become our annual trip for a month. Summer and winter the weather is always around 75 degrees.

| The Kona Kondo is only $ 79.95 per night Lodging less than $9/night per person w/9 people. The cost of Rental is for a five night minimum. staying at the Kona Kondo is less than a Motel 6. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size hide a beds in the livingroom, a hide-a-way double and single bed on the 3rd floor screened Lanai. |
