Our gourmet breakfast includes island fruits, jams, meats and cheeses, cereal, varieties of breads, eggs, french toast, pan cakes and juice, tea and coffee. Breakfast is included in the rates. Maps and information about the area is available through your hosts. Washer/dryer and a BBQ grill are available to our guest. |

| Your reservation is complete as soon as we receive a deposit for the first two nights. Should your stay be longer than one week, we require a 50% deposit. The balance is due at check-in and is non-refundable for an early check-out, unless rooms can be re-booked. |

Should you have to cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit, if the cancellation was made at least 30 days prior to your planned arrival.

We accept Traveler's Checks, Money Order or personal checks (US Bank) for your reservation. The remainder can be also paid in cash once you are here. Please, be advised that all payments have to be made in US currency.
