Aloha from the spectacular North Shore coastline of Kauai, The Garden Island. Thank you for your interest in our vacation rentals which are located in a master planned community (Princeville) which has the most beautiful tropical scenery of all the Islands.
Our condos at The Cliffs are nestled on 22 acres of paradise overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The one bedroom unit has a spacious 1,100 square feet with a very large master suite with a king bed, and small refrigerator and microwave, full tub and shower, and a private lanai facing the green mountains and waterfalls, Bali Hai, and the famous Kauai sunsets.
The living room, with a Queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, separate dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, also has a large lanai facing East to the morning sunrises, with a peek of the blue Pacific Ocean through the palm trees. A second full bath with tub and shower is located next to the main living room area. Large locked double doors separate the living room area from the master bedroom, allowing our guests total privacy in each section, with their own separate baths, etc. There is a large entry hall and utility area located at the entrance to the unit that separates the living room area from the master bedroom area with both double doors and the bedroom door all of which can be locked. |
| As guests at The Cliffs, you are entitled to golf discounts (click here for Golf Rates) on all North shore courses, including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5th in the Islands) and 18- hole Prince Course which is ranked number one in Hawaii Golf Digest. The Cliffs features four tennis courts, a large pool, two Jacuzzi's, and a spa. The facility also includes a putting green and sand bunker, recreation room, BBQ area both at the pool and in the lovely Gazebo overlooking the blue Pacific. The Cliff’s has a full-time-time staff with an activities and tour. Director available for your assistance in planning activities while you are in Kauai and on the North Shore. |
| A 50% deposit is permitted only if booking is for a full week or more and the final deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a payment in full is required at time of booking. |
| Cancellations or Refunds: |

| Refunds are made in full, less administrative charge, for cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if condo booked is rented for full booking period. There will be an administrative charge of $50 for each setup and for each cancellation, (2) for each week, or portion thereof, for all cancellations. For example, if you rent for one week and later find you need to cancel for any reason, the administration fee will be $100. |
We believe that we offer the lowest vacation rental rates for quality property located anywhere in Kauai. Further, we will not be undersold. Accordingly, we will meet any bona fide offer for rates that are lower than ours for a comparable property.
Weekly booking required in high use periods as determined by owner. Three-six day minimum permitted in low usage periods. Conversion from a 3-6 day booking to a weekly booking permitted with 60 days prior notice. |
CLIFF'S RESORT LOVELY ONE BEDROOM UNIT 1208AB For $599 Per Week.
Plus a Kauai tax of 16.41% , including an energy tax, and cleaning fee which must be added to the base weekly amount.
