Our one bedroom studio at the Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The one bedroom unit with queen sized bed is spacious with a private lanai and views of the green mountains and the famous Kauai sunsets. The studio has a large bedroom with, table and chairs, telephone, small microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker and lanai with table and chairs. It also includes a large shower armoire with TV and movie player. The best beaches in all Hawaii are only minutes away. |
| In addition, as a guest at The Sandpiper, you are offered golf discount on all the courses on the North shore including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5 in all the Islands) and the 18-hole Prince Course, which ranked number one in Hawaii by Golf Digest. The Prince golf facility also has a lovely gym and fitness studio which is available to the public at reasonable rates. |

Refunds are made in full, less administrative charge, for cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if condo booked is rented for full booking period. There will be an administrative charge of $100 for each setup and for each cancellation, (2) for each week, or portion thereof, for all cancellations. For example, if you rent for one week and later find you need to cancel for any reason, the administration fee will be $100.

We believe that we offer the lowest vacation rental rates for quality property located anywhere in Kauai. Further, we will not be undersold. Accordingly, we will meet any bona fide offer for rates that are lower than ours for a comparable property.
Weekly booking required in high use periods as determined by owner. Three-six day minimum permitted in low usage periods. Conversion from a 3-6 day booking to a weekly booking permitted with 60 days prior notice. |
One Bedroom Studio Units 229B, 228B and 128B For $299 Per Week Low Season from September 15- December 15 and $365 a week High Season from Decebmer 15 to September 15.
A tax of 16.41% , including an energy tax, must be added to the indicated weekly amount plus a cleaning fee.
