The Resort Services include an Activities & Travel Desk, Business Center, Fax & Photocopy Services, Security, Video Rental, Beach Towels and a Country Store. The Cliffs Resort is a "5-Star Gold Crown" Resort.
At the entrance to the Princeville Community there is a Full Service Shopping Center with a large Grocery Store, many Specialty Shops, many Restaurants, Banks, Gasoline Station, Post Office and a Library. Old Town Hanalei is just two miles down the road and it's such fun to poke around in with it's many shops and restaurants. The quaint village is a dream-like place on a half-moon bay with an uncrowded, 3-mile white sand beach. The front lanai is, as well, newly furnished. Our condo's are upgraded far above any "usual" rentals you will find anywhere. King Bed in our Master Suite, 2 double beds in the second bedroom and new queen sleepers in the living room.
The building sits properly to receive the trade breezes that are a necessary consideration in the tropics.

| Deposits are refundable in full with 45 days prior notification. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be withheld with a 21 day prior notification. One night's rental will be withheld with 10 days prior notification and 1/2 total rental within lesser days. |
| The Cliffs Resort is a Non-Smoking Resort in accordance with Hawaiian Law. |
