Our one bedroom at the Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The unit is spacious with a large master suite with a king sized bed, full tub & shower, two private lanais and views of the green mountains, Bali Hai and the famous Kauai sunsets. The living room, with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, has a large lanai facing East to the morning sunrises, with a view of the blue Pacific Ocean in the North and West. |
| In addition, as a guest at The Sandpiper, you are offered golf discount on all the courses on the North shore including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5 in all the Islands) and the 18-hole Prince Course, which is ranked number one in Hawaii by Golf Digest. The Prince golf facility also has a lovely gym and fitness studio which is available to the public at reasonable rates. |
| A 50% deposit is permitted only if booking is for a full week or more and the final deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a payment in full is required at time of booking. |

| Refunds are made in full, less administrative charge, for cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if condo booked is rented for full booking period. There will be an administrative charge of $50 for each setup and for each cancellation, (2) for each week, or portion thereof, for all cancellations. For example, if you rent for one week and later find you need to cancel for any reason, the administration fee will be $100. |
We believe that we offer the lowest vacation rental rates for quality property located anywhere in Kauai. Further, we will not be undersold. Accordingly, we will meet any bona fide offer for rates that are lower than ours for a comparable property.
Weekly booking required in high use periods as determined by owner. Three-six day minimum permitted in low usage periods. Conversion from a 3-6 day booking to a weekly booking permitted with 60 days prior notice. |
One Bedroom Unit 128A For $499 Per Week low season (9/15 to 12/15)and $550 Per Week for high season (12/15 to 9/15).
A tax of 16.41% , including an energy tax, must be added to the indicated weekly amount plus a cleaning fee.
