Our one bedroom and loft condo at the Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The unit is spacious with a large master suite with a king sized bed, full tub & shower, loft with a king sized twin bed, bathroom with sink and desk and-chairs, one large private lanais with views of the ocean and the green mountains, Bali Hai and the famous Kauai sunsets. The living room, with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, has a large lanai facing East to the morning sunrises, with a view of the blue Pacific Ocean in the North and West. |
| In addition, as a guest at The Sandpiper, you are offered golf discount on all the courses on the North shore including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5 in all the Islands) and the 18-hole Prince Course, which is ranked number one in Hawaii by Golf Digest. The Prince golf facility also has a lovely gym and fitness studio which is available to the public at reasonable rates. |

| Refunds are made in full, less administrative charge, for cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if condo booked is rented for full booking period. There will be an administrative charge of $100 for each setup and for each cancellation, (2) for each week, or portion thereof, for all cancellations. For example, if you rent for one week and later find you need to cancel for any reason, the administration fee will be $100. |
| Weekly booking required in high use periods as determined by owner. Three-six day minimum permitted in low usage periods. Conversion from a 3-6 day booking to a weekly booking permitted with 60 days prior notice. |
$599/$775for Loft unit 229A and 228A and 2/BR unit 128AB. The first amount is for the Low Season from September 15- December 15, and the second amount is for the High Season from December 16 to September 14.
A tax of 16.41% , including an energy tax, must be added to the indicated weekly amount plus a cleaning fee.
