Your Hawaiian Advantage, at the luxurious Beach Villas at Ko Olina, is the perfect setting for you and your family in our 2 bedroom condo. The large lanai doors open to reveal a 17 foot opening onto the west facing lanai. Marble counters, high end appliances and all the supplies you may require, complete the kitchen.
If you choose to use the pool side BBQ’s to cook your catch of the day, remember to enjoy a cocktail from the beach bar while you visit with our neighbours.
The condo has been beautifully decorated and offers you the finest of furniture. Comfortable Lanai furniture creates the perfect place for visiting or reading privately with an ocean view. Our living room sofa provides an additional Queen size bed, designed with modern, air-coil mattress technology. The bedrooms feature Cal King & extra long twin beds Sealy Mattresses, covered with cotton sheets and down filled comforters. Additionally, each room is complete with wall mounted flat screen TV’s.
We have taken the time to appreciate what a vacation means to you and can offer you advice and tips during your stay in Oahu, found in our Guest handbook located in our condo. Upon your arrival, review the binder for helpful hints in the condo and tips for exploring the island. We have included many assorted brochures for your convenience.
We know you will fall in love with Ko Olina and you will find it to be a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Just bring your tropical attitude and settle into the Hawaiian life style. You may discover yourself planning your next trip back before you leave.

As you stroll through the exclusive and private Villas’ grounds, you may take time to relax, on a comfortable padded beach chaise lounge, by one of the 2 pools, visit the Koi pond, or workout in the exceptional fitness centre. If you require help with a fitness program, the fitness experts are around to assist you during the day.
If you wish to take a dip in the ocean, you may exit through the secured front gate and step right out onto the sandy beach of lagoon 2. You may feed the fish or bring your snorkelling gear and observe the fish in the lagoon.
Follow the meandering path through the lagoons to the world class marina. This full service marina provides a home for services for scuba diving, snorkelling, whale & dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, and other ocean excursions. The Blue Marlins are a great thrill to reel in!
In the evenings, experience a traditional Luau and an exquisite Hawaiian meal a short walk away in Paradise Cove. You may enjoy dinning at the J.W. Marriot ‘Ihilani Resort and Spa on Lagoon 1 or the Marriot Beach Club on Lagoon 2.
Ko Olina's World Class 18 hole Golf course is located right behind the Beach Villas. After a game of golf, sit down for a delicious meal at Roy’s restaurant at the golf course.

Driving in Oahu is a pleasant and easy experience. Locals are both courteous and helpful. Travel 30 minutes east and you can explore the beaches of Waikiki, Honolulu, Pearl Harbour, Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, and Hanauma Bay. Take time to head north on the H2 and you can enjoy a Pineapple smoothie at the Dole Plantation before you arrive at the breathtaking sights of the North Shore. Kick your shoes off and stroll down the sandy beaches while you watch the world class surfers ride the Hawaiian waves. You may continue all the way to the tip of Oahu, home of Turtle Bay, or return home, stopping for a visit at Waimea Falls and beach. But before you get back on the H2, you MUST stop in Hale’iwa for a shaved ice!!
Should you decide to drive along the east coast of Oahu, you may plan to take a horseback ride in the mountains, or maybe stop and stretch your legs to take a hike. There are many guided hikes available for those who wish to challenge themselves along the steeps slopes, or very scenic hikes for a pleasurable walk. The Polynesian Culture Centre and Aquarium are both beautiful areas to visit on the east coast as well. |
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT-
•A reservation deposit of $1000 and picture ID is required at the time of booking the reservation. This deposit must be received within 7 days of agreeing to rental terms. This deposit will confirm your reservation and will be applied to the rent.
•A damage deposit of $500 is required for the reservation. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however is refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, or services rendered during the stay. (ie. Further cleaning or dry cleaning of bedding due to stains)
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster.
d. All 2 sets of keys & fobs are left in unit and door is locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens or towels are lost or damaged.
g. The renter is not evicted by the Makai Family vacations,
the local law enforcement, the security company employed by RMC.
PAYMENT - Final payment (total rent less $1000 reservation deposit) required 90 days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of money order or cheque.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing 60 days prior to the arrival date to incur no penalty.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within:
31 – 59 days prior to arrival date, will incur a $100 charge.
30 – 15 days prior to arrival date, will incur a $500 charge.
14 days or less prior to arrival date, will forfeit $1000 deposit.
No show: will forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.

THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A one week MINIMUM STAY.
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-ins or late check-outs.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is
limited to six (6) persons.
5. CLEANING FEES – An additional fee of $325 is required for a departure clean. This fee is due with final payment. Should further cleaning or other services be required, due to stain removal or replacement of lost towels or bedding, the fee will be subtracted from your damage deposit.
6. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is
available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels or use the beach towels available by the pool or in the fitness centre. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
* You have been supplied a starter supply of toiletries and must replenish
your own when necessary.
7. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pre-tense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
9. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10. PARKING PASSES - Parking spot OP1-051 is located on the first level of the underground parking. You must obtain a parking pass at the security desk upon arrival. Renters must use their “fob” to enter the parking area.
11.HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and
wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is
lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is
scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Although we toured the island and Waikiki, the best times were back at Ko Olina. Everything was close and convenient but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Accomodations exceeded our expecations. Ko Olina is a very special place!"
