The beautiful Vista Waikoloa Condo complex on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island is located in the sunny Waikoloa Beach Resort, between the Hilton Waikoloa and Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel. The sandy Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) is very convenient with lounge chairs under the palm trees available for resort guests and beach toys for rent. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. Dive and snorkel boats, and evening cruise boats depart from the A-Bay daily. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is home to two world class golf courses, the Beach Golf Course and the Kings Golf Course.
The Vista Waikoloa complex has a large heated swimming pool with two spas. There are Weber propane BBQ grills at the Pavilion. The Exercise Room is located in the Vista Waikoloa office along with a mini-office including a copier and fax machine. The walkway to the ocean is an excellent spot for sunsets. |
| This is a two bedroom, two bath fully-appointed ground floor garden condo. It features a view of the Beach Golf Course, and Mauna Kea views from the lanai. It is very quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, and a small color TV and VCR. The master bathroom has a double vanity, shower, and large tub. The second bedroom has twin beds and sliding doors for privacy. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The condo has a stack washing machine and dryer. The living room has two couches, an Ekornes recliner and chair with footstool. There is a color TV, DVD/CD player, and stereo/cassette player. A cable modem is available for high speed internet access. The dining room has a table with four chairs, and two bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. The condo is equipped with kitchen utensils, cookware, small appliances, dishes, and linens (including beach towels). The condo has tile through-out the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. It has central air conditioning with automatic sensors as well as ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room. The lanai has a table with four chairs plus two lounge chairs. This is a non-smoking unit so if you smoke, please do so outside on the lanai. |
The King's Shopping Center includes Big Island Steakhouse, Roy's Pacific Rim, Merriman's, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants. There is a food court which includes Mexican, local plate lunches, pizza, Subway, and Dairy Queen. There are also many specialty and retail stores, as well as a convenience store. The Hilton Waikoloa and Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel have excellent restaurants. Since the Vista Waikoloa is located between the two, it is a very easy walk. Both the Beach and Kings Golf Courses have clubhouses. Shuttle buses provide easy transportation throughout the resort.
Vista Waikoloa is on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course - one of the most beautiful courses in Hawaii. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course was literally carved from the lava flow along the Anaeho'omalu Bay. It features numerous white sand bunkers, brilliant water features and the most spectacular oceanfront par-five in Hawaii on the 502-yard, twelfth hole. This challenging yet scenic hole has lava throughout and runs along the Pacific Ocean. Par 70, 6507 yards, Slope: 133, Rating 71.5. The Waikoloa Resort is also home to the Kings Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. It features links-style golf carved over and around an ancient lava flow. It is highlighted with undulating fairways, multiple tee placements, challenging pot bunkers and a varied mix of green complexes. Par 72, 7074 yards, Slope: 133, Rating: 73.9. |
| The security deposit of $250 must be received within ten (10) days of your reservation. A check or money order in U.S. funds for the full rental amount must be received 30 days before your arrival. The security deposit is refunded within 10 days of your departure if there are no damages. |
