If cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to arrival we can not rent your room to someone else, we reserve the right to charge one nights stay to your credit card or keep your check deposit. |
Rules of the Inn
* Inn At 2920 does not maintain a 24-hour check in desk. Please let us know when you plan to arrive.
* We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
* We will take a valid credit card number or one night deposit by check to guarantee your stay. Cancellations must be made within 10 days of arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to arrival we can not rent your room to someone else, we reserve the right to charge one nights stay to your credit card or keep your check deposit.
* Check In Time: 3pm, Check out Time: 11am
* Maximum per room occupancy: 2
* Since we maintain a strict no smoking policy throughout our entire house, our lodging is not recommended for smokers. If a guest chooses to smoke in their room, we will ask them to leave and will charge them a $250 fee to cover our lost revenue while we replace bedding and window dressings in the room.
