This apartment is on the second floor of a newly renovated townhouse located in Metropolitan Art Museum and Central Park. It recently underwent an extensive renovation and now houses two short-term style apartments and an owner’s duplex. The rental apartment is only used as short-term stays and has the feel of a hotel suite. The furnishings are high-end and very comfortable. The bedding is luxury, including down comforters, down pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets.
The apartment has three bedrooms containing queen beds and the third bedroom has a pull out full-size sleeper sofa. There is also a small room off the master bedroom with a desk and portable crib. There is
a new and well stocked kitchen in addition to a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We are very family friendly and children and most welcome.

| After all this is New York City! The apartment is a short walk to two subways stations and taxi's are in an abundance in the charming and historic neighborhood. The area is filled with restaurants, shops and famous Park Avenue haunts. |
