This home sleeps up to 12 persons and is well equipped for families of all sizes. Spacious living areas, upper and lower porches and two master suites make this home perfect for family vacations. This beachfront home includes three decks overlooking the beach, and has boardwalk access right out the back door to the pristine sand. Common areas at Divine Experience are open and airy, with windows all around providing magnificent views from the kitchen, dining and living rooms.

Bald Head Island is like nowhere else on earth - there is no bridge connecting Bald Head Island to the mainland, so visitors and residents must arrive by passenger ferry or private yacht. With cars left on the mainland, the separation is as psychological as it is geographical; the pace of life slows to that of an electric cart, a leisurely bike ride or your own easy gait. Fourteen miles of beautiful beaches ring the island, while a winding creek cuts through acres of marshland that border an expanse of pristine semi-tropical maritime forest.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and icemaker, fireplace, full-sized washer and dryer, 4 color televisions, stereo system with CD player, DVD player, VCR's, central heat and air conditioning, telephones, crib, 2 highchairs, beach towels, bath towels and bed linens. There is a large soaking tub and double sinks in master bedroom bath.
You will find a wealth of amenities to make your vacation enjoyable, including beach bicycles, roller blades, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, numerous games, books, movies and activities for children and adults of all ages.
The house has two four-passenger electric golf carts for your use during your rental.
Complimentary initial supplies of cleaning products, paper towels, bath tissue and soap are provided at check-in. Your rental rate includes temporary membership in both the Bald Head Island Club and the Shoals Club.

In event of mandatory evacuation of island due to severe weather conditions, rent will be refunded pro rata for nights missed.
In event of cancellation, moneys paid to date of cancellation may be applied toward the rental of the house at any later date within the next 12 months, subject to availability.
In the event that the owners are able to rent the house to someone else for the dates covered by the cancelled contract, owners will refund moneys paid by cancelling party up to amount recovered thru rerenting the house.

Renters must be at least 24 years old. No smoking or pets allowed. 12 person maximum occupancy. Rates include maid service before arrival and after departure. Rates above do not include 12.5% state and local sales taxes.
A Guest Rental Agreement and deposit of 50% of the total account balance, including all applicable fees and taxes, is due within 14 days of reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be mailed. Your account balance is due in full, along with the signed Guest Rental Agreement, at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made fewer than 30 days in advance require payment in full. Accepted methods of payment include MasterCard, Visa, traveler's check, personal check or cash. All checks must be issued in U.S. funds and drawn on a bank that operates within the US Federal Reserve System. A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. A credit card number is needed to book reservations. Guests are responsible for any damages, other than normal wear and tear, that occur to accommodations, electric vehicles, or household furnishings as a result of their occupancy. We reserve the right to charge the renter's credit card for any damages found, as permitted under N.C. Statute.
Check-in time for your accommodation is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time from your accommodation is 10:00 a.m.
