| We have a quite and peaceful 9 bedroom, 6 bath B&B located across the street from the ocean. Our breakfast is to die for and is served in our dining room or weather permitting, on our front verandah. There is no smoking indoors in any of our property and the B&B does not have facilities for children under 12 unless the entire house is rented for a family reunion, small wedding or retreat. Our cottages can accommodate small children and pets. The cottages are fully furnished including linen, color cable TV and a phone. |
All of the B& B rooms have a queen size bed for 2 adults and all baths have showers. We provide lawn chairs and have plenty of porches for you to sit, enjoy the breeze and the ocean.
Our 2-bedroom has 1 queen, 1 full and a full futon in the living room plus a full kitchen. Our 3-bedroom has 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins and a queen sofa bed in the living room plus a full kitchen. |

Children (under 12 and pets) in the cottages only except when the entire facility is rented. Minimum cottage rental is 2 nights except holidays then it is 3 nights. On holidays the minimum B&B rental is 3 nights and between May and September the weekend requires 2 nights. |
B&B: Off season $55.00-$85.00
Shoulder season $70.00-$100.00
In season $80.00-$110.00 at all times we offer at least the 3rd night 1/2 price on a 3 night stay or the 4th night free on a 4-night stay.
Cottages:
2-bedroom Off season $225.00 for 1-3 nights or $300 4-7 nights.
In season 2 nights $330.00, 3 nights $465.00, 4 nights $580.00 or 5-7 nights $675.00.
3-bedroom off season $300.00 1-3 nights or $375.00 4-7 nights. In season 2 nights $380.00, 3 nights $535.00, 4 nights $665.00 or 5-7 nights $775.00. In season weekly rates are discounted by $100.00 if booked prior to 1 April. Cottage rentals require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit.
