1.) Bayview ~ Vacation Home on Wasque Point, Chappaquiddick Island
Bayview is a dreamy Marthas Vineyard vacation rentals home which sets facing Katama Bay & Chappaquiddick's South Beach.
Located near the beautiful Wasque Reservation Conservation Area, Bayview is an outstanding Martha's Vineyard private rentals home!
Designed with the bedrooms on the 1st-level & main living area on the 2nd this reverse living offers guests unparelled views of the water and island landscape.
The master queen-sized bedroom is a generous 30-feet long and includes a private, en-suite bath w/Jacuzzi. One of the other 2 bedrooms has a set twin-size beds and the other another queen bed; both share a large bath.
For your convenience, there is also a laundry located on this floor. A custom oak stairway connects to the spectacular second-level living area. This track-lit, beamed cathedral-ceiling room has nearly floor to ceiling triple-windows. There is a fireplace at one end and a large-fanned skylit dining room at the other.
A fully applianced European kitchen & snack bar which is open to the solarium w/a new sofa bed & an exterior wrap-around deck. Outside is an enclosed hot/cold shower & storage room.
Southwestern water views and spectacular sunsets can be seen from almost every window in this vacation rentals home as it sits by itself in 'heaven', only a short drive away from Barrier Beach connecting Martha's Vineyard and Chappaquiddick Island.
2.) Slough Cove ~ Holiday Rentals Home Katama, Edgartown
Slough Cove is an exciting, large contemporary holiday home rental with an absolutely wonderful view of the beautiful Herring Creek Farm, near South Beach!
It is also a reverse design rental home, having 4-bedrooms on the first floor and main living-area on the 2nd floor and the views are breathtaking, open and serene.
A dynamic 2nd-level features all, large-glass filled rooms, including a kitchen w/European cabinets, snack-bar, dishwasher, microwave & 32-feet of counter space!
Eat-in the glassed-in dining room or relax in the fireplaced living area. This space features a beamed cathedral ceiling, track lighing, paddle fans & sliding-glass doors to both the solarium & child safe deck.
The 1st-floor bedrooms include, a master w/queen size bed, private full bath and deck; and three others, one with a queen size bed and 2 w/full-size beds, plus an additional full bath and separate laundry area w/washer & dryer. Outside, is an enclosed hot/cold shower & storage room for bicycles.

This sunny up-side-down designed, vacation home offers bright sun filled rooms, contempory furnishings and is set on a very private, wooded lot near South Beach.
A beautiful oak stairway leads to the second level main living area. This ceiling cathedral room is cooled by a paddle fan & opens to the dining area and 3-sliding glass doors which in turn, opens to a large, private south-facing deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped w/dishwasher, microwave & 30-feet of counter space. Also located on this floor is a sky lit den, small study room, 1/2 bath & separate laundry room.
The 1st-floor has 4-bedrooms; a master w/queen-size bed, private bath and 3-others; one w/queen size bed & 2 w/full size beds that share an additional full bath!
Outside is an enclosed hot/cold shower & storage room, plus a deck stairway to the exciting rooftop widow's walk, exhibiting daytime views to the South Beach area and nightly star. |
