| The inn was built in 1820 and is considered one of the five oldest and continous running inns in Vermont. It is appointed with many antiques and decor of country style. Several common rooms are open for use and each have either a woodburning fireplace or woodstove. |
| All rooms have private baths, some with fireplaces, air-conditioning, featherbeds and comforters. A full service bar is available on the premises. |
| Several downhill and cross-country ski areas are close by as well as other Winter activities. Fly-fishing, hiking, biking, shopping and sightseeing is available throughout the area. |
| Deposits equal to one nights lodgind is required at time of reservation. |
