From your picture window, see the gardens, lake and mountain views. Birds watcher's paradise. Originally the home of artist caretakers to a NY horticulturist, the cottage has a large bedroom/sitting/dining room , separate fully equipped kitchen and skylit bath.
There is a queen sized bed, a hi-riser ( bed under bed) serving as a sofa, generous arm chairs, reading area, dining/work area. Cable TV with VCR,DVD . CD player, DSL.
Enjoy a fire in the wood burning stove in the winter. In summer, open the back door to a private garden with outdoor dining and propane grill.
A canoe and your own private gazebo enhance the small lake: a 20 ft. deep, one acre large, clear, spring fed swimming pond set off by mountain views. There are chaises for
reading and relaxing on the gazebo which is cantilevered over the pond; a dock from which to swim and canoe.

Full kitchen includes extras like Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, vintage dishes,cooking utensils.

Phone, Answering Machine, DSL in most cases

A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. The refund is 50% if cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival. There is
no refund for no shows or early departures. |

We are flexible about these times whenever possible. Ask us. Also if you need us
to purchase a few groceries for your visit, let us know.We will pick them up ,
and you can reimburse us once you are settled in.

$700 a week
$165 a night --2 night minimum stay . In special case, $200 for one night stay with extended hours. Inquire.
SPECIALS: 3 or more nights $150 per night
MAY:
$900 a week
$175 a weekend night. 2 night minimum. Inquire one night with extended hours. (Last minute.)
$165 weeknight .
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY:
$1200 a week
$185 a night. 3 night minimum.
