We have a Main Building that also houses the property's amenities: Health Spa, Ski Shop, Gift Shop, Video Arcade, Restaurant, and Mini-Mart/Deli/DVD rental shop (seasonally) as well as two Outer Buildings with economical pricing. The condominium features a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace with free firewood, DVD/VCR combo; some Deluxe units with TV in bedroom, safe, and stereo. |

The property is host to a full Health Spa facility with a 55' lap pool, cardiovascular room, weight room, hot tubs, eucalyptus steam room, racquetball/wallyball court, and sauna; restaurant; ski shop; gift shop; video arcade; and mini-mart/deli with DVD rentals. |
| Located at the base of Killington Resort. We have a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes throughout the day to the lifts at Snowshed Base Lodge, about 500 yards away. |

| If reservation is cancelled between time of booking and 21 days prior to arrival, a 90% refund will be granted. Cancellations received between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival will be granted the deposit amount as a credit to a future stay good for up to one year of the arrival date. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit. |
