| The Inn offers cozy, elegant accommodations while providing all the modern amenities. Located in the village of Madison on beautifully landscaped property, the Tidewater is within walking distance of village shops and close to three Long Island Sound beaches. Area towns offer antique and specialty shops, colonial historic districts, craft and fine art galleries, and restaurants. Guest rooms provide private bath, television, air conditioning, hair dryers, telephone with voice messaging system, and both wireless and dial Internet access for your personal computer. Selected guest rooms offer canopy bed, fireplaces, or Jacuzzi. Guests enjoy a full breakfast each morning and in the afternoon complimentary hot or cold drinks are available. Guests have access to the beamed sitting room with a large fireplace, our English garden, a collection of menus from area restaurants, a wide array of literature about our area, beach passes, refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and snacks, iron and ironing board. |
Each guest room offers private bathroom, cable television, telephone with voice messaging system, and hair dryer. Guests who bring laptops have both dial and wireless high speed Internet access.
Selected rooms offer canopy or four poster bed, fireplace or jacuzzi.
All guests have access to our beamed sitting room with fireplace, and our English garden. We offer beach passes, a guest refrigerator stocked with sodas and snacks, iron and ironing board, area brochures and maps, and the daily newspapers. Menus from area restaurants are also available. |
Our area offers many opportunities for touring, shopping and dining. We are near several beaches, including Hammonasset State Park, and two town beaches. There are many antique and specialty shops and two outlet malls nearby. Restaurants offer many atmospheres, from shoreline casual to fine dining.

| We provide a refund if we are given two weeks notice of cancellation. If we are given less than two weeks notice, we provide a refund once we are able to re-rent the room for the evening that was cancelled. |
We are a non-smoking inn and do not allow pets.
We do not put more than two guests in one room.
Well-mannered children over the age of ten are welcome. Parents traveling with one or more children must reserved one room for every two people in the group.

Listed below are the weekend evening rates for winter/summer, which include full breakfast.
Full bed room with fireplace: $110/$120
Queen bed room with fireplace: $130/$150
Queen bed room: $120/$150
Twin bed room: $120/$150
King bed room: $150/$180
King bed room with jacuzzi: $175/$200
We also offer mid-week rates and a mid-week single occupancy rate. In addition to the rate listed there is a 12% room tax in CT.
