Anna Maria Island - Seven miles of paradise!
Located in west central Florida between Tampa and Sarasota, Anna Maria Island is a tropical getaway that is just now being discovered! Great fishing, boating, shelling and swimming - we offer it all.
For the boater/fisherman - numerous fishing piers, excursion boats, boat rentals and charter boats are available. Marinas are located around the island or bring your own boat - ramps are conveniently located and the fishing's great!
For the beach goer - Anna Maria is seven miles long and offers peaceful, white sand beaches running the length of the island. Take a walk, find some shells, get some sun or just relax on our beaches, they're spectacular.
For the shopper - Anna Maria offers many different kinds of quaint beach shops, gift and dress shops. For more "extensive" shopping, two outlet malls are located by I-75.
For the whole family - Theme parks are located within two hours from Anna Maria. Spend a day at Disney World, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Mote Marine or Sarasota Jungle Gardens - they're too numerous to list! Museums, botanical gardens, state parks abound and make great day trips. During February and March, see the Pittsburgh Pirates play at their winter training field.

Winter rates apply from January 15 - April 30
Summer rates apply from May 1 - September 15
Fall rates apply from September 16 - January 14
There is a 25% holiday surcharge for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
A $30.00 reservation fee applies
Check in time is 4:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:00 A.M.
Reservations require a $500.00 performance/damage deposit.
Normal cleaning charges are included in the price of your rental. Any excessive cleaning expenses will be deducted from your deposit.
We accept Visa and Master Card for deposits only.
Rents may be made by personal check, traveler's checks, cashier's check or cash.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.
All rents and taxes are due one month prior to occupancy.
6% sales tax and 4 1/2% resort tax are not included in the rental amount.
* Island Vacation Properties, LLC is the authorized agent for the owner/landlord.
* We reserve the right to make reservation changes if necessary.
* Units placed on the market for sale may be shown during your stay with prior notice.
* Any units permitting pets require a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee.
* We cannot offer refunds for inclement weather or early departures.
* Travel insurance is provided to protect against cancellations.
* Exceeding the stated capacity of a unit could result in immediate eviction and loss of all deposits.
We strive to provide the most accurate description of rental units that we possibly can. When unable to preview rental property, tenants accept such property as described and hold the Broker harmless for any discrepancies upon taking occupancy. We make every effort to maintain each unit to the best of our ability. In the event of malfunction of any appliance, every effort will be made to have repairs made as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for inoperable equipment.
All rental units are privately owned and decorated to the taste of the individual owners. All units provide air conditioning, television, linens and dishes. Most units provide VCR's, phones, microwaves and washer, dryers. Please check with Island Vacation Properties should you have a question about other provided amenities.
