This spacious superbly designed and equipped luxury family villa home, situated in one of the most sought-after and prestigious communities in Orlando. Our spacious 1,678 square ft villa sleeps 8-10 (plus baby) and is available for rental year round.
Our holiday home on California Boulevard, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and has an en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and separate double shower enclosure. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The guest bathroom includes an over bath shower, and a lighted vanity unit. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. The fourth bedroom has high-speed Internet and a Nintendo Game Cube system especially for the children.
All rooms have adjustable air conditioning, walk-in or built in wardrobes, and are all furnished to a high standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, and waste disposal unit. There is also a four-place breakfast table in the ‘nook’ area of the kitchen.
There is a comfortable spacious lounge and dining room, which includes occasional furniture, a four-place dining room suite, and two sofas. Most rooms have vaulted ceilings and are bright and airy. The Family room includes a large three-seat sofa bed, which will sleep an additional two adults, a large color TV/DVD, stereo radio & CD unit, and other occasional furniture.
There is a large laundry room that houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer. To the rear is the fully screened heated pool and pool deck, both of which can be illuminated at night for that midnight swim! The remainder of the rear is laid to lawn with several orange trees. There are also patio furniture and pool toys provided for your poolside comfort.

Our beautiful villa is situated in one of the most sought-after and prestigious communities in Orlando and is just 10 miles from Walt Disney World and other major attractions. It is located on the Highway 27 and minutes from the I-4 and 192. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are available nearby.
The estate has been designed with holiday makers in mind and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. You can choose to host gatherings on the veranda for your friends or have a quick dip in the spacious swimming pool. If golf is your passion there are plenty of professional courses locally, the closest is 2.5 minutes from the front door.
It is just minutes from Disney World and other Major attractions to be found in Kissimmee and Orlando. The Westridge community is within easy reach of Sanford and Orlando International Airports.
Westridge is situated on US Highway 27, 3 miles south of the junction with highway 192. Westridge also offers easy access to Interstate 4 which will lead you to the beautiful beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast and the fabulous Busch Gardens theme park at Tampa Bay. |
A £200.00 ($300) deposit is required to secure your holiday dates.
A £100.00 ($150) refundable security deposit is required and will be returned to you 10 days after your villa visit, providing the villa is in the same condition as you found it

The deposit is non refundable if cancelled less than 3 months from your booking date.
The full balance is due two months prior to your arrival.
Payment should be made in US dollars by check or by using PayPal.

Unfortunately pets cannot be allowed.
For the comfort of all our guests we operate a No Smoking policy in the villa.
For the safety of all our geusts, please do not use glassware in the pool or on the pool deck area. Use the plasticware provided.
We do provide locks on all doors leading to the pool area for the security of small children. |
