This is a comfortable, beautifully decorated one bedroom condo conveniently located on Marco Island, Florida. The waterfront view is of the magnificent river and marina. You will enjoy those unforgettable, breathtaking sunsets and sunrises from you own balcony with table and chairs. The unit is ceramic tiled and newly carpeted throughout, including the lanai (tiled). The condo is centrally air-conditioned and heated for your comfort. The condo sleeps 2-6 people very comfortably...there is a room divider in bedroom for extra privacy. The bedroom has a TV with cable, and access to the lanai. The livingroom is decorated with a queen sized sleeper sofa, entertainment center with large TV, cable, DVD, VCR to enjoy music and videos. The sliding glass door opens to the screened- in lanai. The full bath opens from the bedroom and the livingroom and has a full bath and shower. The dining area, with table and chairs, is right off the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes breakfast bar, all new appliances, full refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, flatware and pots and pans. Also, there is a washer and dryer on the same floor for your convenience. Parking spaces are available at no extra charge. The unit has all the comforts of home, plus the beautiful ambience of Marco Island.

If you book the unit 1 year in advance:
25% of rental fee is due at booking
25% of rental fee is due 3 months later
Remaining 50% of fee, plus cleaning fee, 9% Florida tax and refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Otherwise, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance, including cleaning fee, 9% Florida tax and refundable security deposit, 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
If your payment has been made in full, you will be entitled to a credit voucher
If you cancel for any reason after the 60 days,
your rental payment cannot be credited unless the unit has been re-rented for the entire period of your agreed-upon stay.
Your credit voucher will be sent out within 30 days after the new renters have paid in full.
An administrative fee of $300 will be deducted.
If your security deposit has been paid, we will refund it in its entirety.
