A short walk from the beach, pool, and tennis, you'll enjoy the quiet and privacy of the rich landscaping. The home has full A/C and heat, and for milder weather, just open the windows and sliders for fresh sea air.
Everything in the Village of Captiva is within easy walking distance; groceries at the Island Store, charming clothing and gift shops, and 13 different restaurants from casual to fine dining. Bike, moped, and jet-ski rentals are in the Village, and boat rentals and charters are across the street. Golf is nearby on Sanibel and there are a number of options for fishermen.
