| This comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom condo is directly on Madeira beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.The unit has a wrap around balcony with access from the master bedroom as well as the large livingroom. The is a heat pool and large pool patio with plenty of patio beds, tables with unbrellas and chairs. There is one assigned parking place as well as plenty of visitor parking. The condo is well furnished with amenities including two TVs and VCRs. Linens and towels supplied. well equiped kitchen. It is a home away from home. Master bedroom has king bed with two further twin bed bedroom. this condo will only accomodate 6 people. the building is a small 15 unit complex, secure entry and safe for families. We ask that you treat our home in a manner suitable to your own home. |

We love to cook so the kitchen is well equiped. The are games for rainy days and lots of family videos as well. I am sure you will agree once you atay with us that you will want to return. |

A deposit of $300.00 US is required upon booking. The remaining $675.00 US to be received one month before arrival.
$100.00 US of deposit is forfited if a cancellation takes place to cover costs of cleaner who is paid before your arrival. Otherwise $200.00 returned if cancellation is before the final payment. If cancellation takes place after final payment the total deposit is forfited with final payment returned promptly. If a rental can be found for the dates you book all but $100.00 will be returned. |
