Our townhome, Hondo's Hacienda II, is furnished with Island style. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with satellite dish, DVD & CD, 1/2 bath, laundry room and screened lanai with plenty of extra seating. The second floor includes 2 master suites. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and TV and the second suite is furnished with a queen size bed and TV. Linens including beach towels are furnished along with a George Forman grill.
Amenities include two swimming pools, tennis courts and boat dockage. |
| There are many restaurants close by along with many local art shops. Matlacha, Sanibel and Captiva Island, Upper Captiva Island, Cayo Costa & Cabbage Key are fun Island attractions. The wildlife is abundant and the fishing is great! You can also take a short boat ride for great shelling on the outer islands. Don't forget to catch our beautiful sunrises and sunsets! |
| A $500 security deposit is collected for each rental and is over and above the rental rate. The deposit is returned within 30 days after your stay and subject to deduction, if necessary, for damage to townhome, telephone charges, missing items, or excessive cleaning. |
